The Aperture Bulletin
Published whenever there is news, and on several occasions when there was not. Circulated to all personnel, to the Army, to eleven newspapers who have never once printed a word of it, and to one address in New Mexico that the President insists upon.
Three sheets are presently in circulation: this spring’s issue, last winter’s issue, and a standing collection of the President’s interoffice memoranda, reproduced exactly as dictated, against the repeated written advice of the Legal Department.
